All financial aid is given for tuition only on the basis of need as determined from the Parent/Guardian Confidential Financial Aid Application. Factors such as yearly income, number of children at ECS and at other private schools, special family circumstances, etc., are taken into account. Tuition information is available here.
ECS uses School and Student Services (SSS) to process financial aid applications. SSS is a service of the National Association of Independent Schools. Based on the financial information you provide, SSS gives us an estimated amount your family can contribute toward education expenses. This helps us make fair and objective financial aid decisions.
An application for Financial Aid must be submitted for each school year, as circumstances change for both parties. Financial aid may be requested by families with students in Preschool, Elementary and/or Middle School. To begin your financial aid application for the current school year, please follow these steps:
- Go to the SSS Family Portal (https://sssandtadsfa.force.com/familyportal/FamilyLogin?startURL=%2Ffamilyportal)
- Review the resources available on the SSS website that will help you prepare your paperwork.
- Create an account and follow the instructions to complete a Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) and application. Only one PFS is required per family. Our SSS number is: 145436
